   A QR-based invoice management and payment platform for taxi companies and restaurants, built by a team of four from an initial problem statement into a product generating 50K per week in revenue.

   The surface a payer sees is a single scan. Behind it sit Scan2Pay, Scan2Book and Donations, secure transaction processing, and card management through Stripe.

   Transformer Health Analysis

   Monitoring physical infrastructure through software

   A multi-application frontend architecture for transformer health analysis and reporting: telemetry from real equipment turned into a picture of condition an engineer can act on.

   This is where the work stopped being purely digital. The architecture had to carry live readings, historical analysis and reporting across several applications without any of them drifting apart.
